Apple Health (HealthKit)

Ork integrates with Apple's HealthKit API to read and/or write data — such as heart rate, HRV, sleep, respiratory rate, activity and nutritional information. This data is used solely to deliver the App's core features: analyzing your recovery and calculating your energy level.

• No sale of data. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent or share your HealthKit data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or with other data brokers.
• App-only use. Your health information is used exclusively for personalized insights inside Ork.
• You are in control. The App can only access this data if you explicitly grant permission through Apple's built-in iOS permission system — and you can revoke access at any time in the Health settings.

What other data do we collect?

Beyond health data stored locally on your device, we collect anonymized usage data (e.g. crash reports and app interactions) to improve the App's performance.

For features such as AI insights and meal recognition, data (such as photos of food or aggregated activity data) is transmitted encrypted to our servers for processing — and deleted immediately after processing.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All communication between the App and our servers takes place over encrypted channels (HTTPS/SSL).

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the App or via the App Store.
